In howling wind and sharp edge,
Art Thrives still. Despit

discomfort and the painful stretch of skin, fear Holds
power and power
Can Create. Though Venus


turns her face to keep hidden from the sun,
I open to the beauty of burning.
and know myself as Mars' daughter.
